G51 Coffee Co. is named after a verse in the bible – Galatians chapter 5 verse 1. This verse speaks to the freedom we have in Christ and that has been at the heart of our communities and nation since the very beginning. In so many ways this has been lost and even forgotten.
Our coffee company started with a heart for rediscovering community in Canada. My dad was the ultimate inspiration for starting our coffee company as he couldn’t go a day with out that daily dose of coffee. As a kid I remember when he would get together with friends, drinking cup after cup of java while talking, which embodies so much of what community means. That freedom to gather has been so important to us. We invite you to join us and rediscover our God-given Canadian identity together.
